病案报告：CMMS技术康复治疗手脱套性损伤StudyDesign:Casereport.Introduction:Thiscasereportdescribestheuseofthecastingmotiontomobilizestiffness(CMMS)techniqueinthemanagementofacrushanddeglovinginjuryofthehand.Thepatientwasunabletoattendmultiplehandtherapysessionsduetogeographicconstraints.TheCMMStechniqueinvolvedtheapplicationofanonremovableplasterofpariscastthatselectivelyimmobilizesproximaljointsinanidealpositionwhileconstrainingdistaljointstodirectdesiredmotionoveralongperiod.Thisusesactivemotiononly.Traditionalhandtherapytechniquesormodalitiesarenotused.Thistreatmentapproachwasbeneficialtothepatientasaminimumof2appointmentspermonthwereneededtoregainfunctionalhanduse.PurposeoftheStudy:TodocumenttheuseoftheCMMStechniqueasaneffectivetreatmentapproachinthemanagementofacrushanddeglovinginjuryofthehand.Methods:TheCMMStechniquewasappliedtothepatient’sleft(nondominant)hand8weeksafterinjury.Thetechnique’saimwastoimprovethe30°flexiondeformityoftheleftwristandflexioncontracturesoftheindex,middle,andringfingerswithatotalactivemotionof0°.Orthoticdevicesandtraditionaltherapywereappliedoncejointstiffnesswasresolved,andanormalpatternofmotionwasreinstated.Results:At6months,substantialimprovementwasnotedinwristaswellasmetacarpophalangealandinterphalangealjoints.Totalactivemotionexceeded°inallfingersexcellentfunctionalout北京什么医院看白癜风比较好白癜风的治疗方法
